Job Requirements :
- Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing optimization
- Understanding of performance marketing and its platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, & LinkedIn Ads)
- Understanding of using analytics reporting tools (eg : Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Understanding of using tracking tools (eg : Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
- Understanding of using landing page optimization (eg : WordPress, Divi Builder, Elementor)
- Understand A/B testing to better optimize campaign and creative performance.
- Understand how to improve an ads quality score
- Good communication skill
- Result Oriented and critical thinker
Job Description :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and meet lead generation targets
- Conduct through market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to optimize lead generation efforts
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and display advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and optimize performance
- Implement lead nurturing strategies and tactics to convert leads into sales-ready opportunities
- Develop engaging and persuasive content, such as landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts, to attract and engage target audiences
- Utilize marketing automation and lead management tools to track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to improve lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and impactful marketing assets that resonate with the target audience
- Weekly report directly to executive management.
